Not too hard to figure out where names like the Willow Leaf and Narrow Leaf fig come from.
Perhaps a little bit more demanding than the Ginseng or Tigerbark, Ficus nerifolia is still an easy to care for tree once you get past its tendency to drop leaves when stressed.
It doesn’t really take much to stress a fig, and many people have given their temporarily barren little fig up for dead, but just be patient. In the overwhelming majority of cases the leaves will come back.
