This is one of the most popular of the indoor ficus bonsai. The Ginseng Fig, which is also sometimes called the Banyon fig or Taiwan Fig is closely related to the Ficus Benjamina which you’ve probably seen – or maybe even owned yourself – as a houseplant. These leaves are more rounded.
While the Ginseng fig might be one of the most distinctive contributions that the Ficus (Fig) family has made to the world of indoor bonsai, it is certainly not the only one.
